This support article will help you understand how to fix a cross-chain transfer that isn’t moving between the P and C chains.
Option 1: If you find that your transfer from C-Chain to P-Chain is stuck, you can try sending a small transfer cross-chain. This should help get your original transaction moving again. This approach works whether you're using WebAuth Wallet or Metal Wallet.
Option 2: With the Metal Wallet, you can re-import the transaction by going to the Advanced tab.
To resolve the issue of funds being stuck in a failed chain transfer or a stuck cross-chain transfer, you can find the Advanced tab on the left-hand side and complete the import process there.
