This support article will explain how to resolve a cross-chain transfer that is not progressing between the P and C chains.
Option 1: If you encounter a stuck transfer when sending from C-Chain to P-Chain, you can resolve it by sending a small transfer cross-chain. This will trigger the movement of the original transaction. Whether you are using WebAuth Wallet or Metal Wallet, this method will work.
Option 2: Use the Metal Wallet to import the transaction again by accessing the Advanced tab.
To resolve the issue of funds being stuck in a failed chain transfer or a stuck cross-chain transfer, you can find the Advanced tab on the left-hand side and complete the import process there.
It's as simple as that!
