How do I create a Metal Blockchain account on the WebAuth Wallet? – Metal Blockchain Knowledge Center

Overview

This guide will help you create accounts for both XPR Network and METAL Blockchain simultaneously using the WebAuth Wallet.

Part 1: Account Name Selection

Step 1: Open the WebAuth wallet and click on ‘Signup’.

Step 2: Choose your XPR Network @username and click ‘Continue’.

Step 3: Enter your public name.

Step 4: Write down and securely store your 12-word recovery phrase in the exact order shown. This 12-word seed will help recover accounts from both XPR Network and Metal Blockchain.

Part 2: Private Key Confirmation

Step 5: Select your recovery words in the same order as your 12-word recovery phrase and click 'Continue'.

Step 6: Enter your email address and click 'Create Account'.

Step 7: Enter the 6-digit code sent to your email to verify your email address and click ‘Continue’.

Step 8: Congratulations! Your XPR Network and Metal Blockchain accounts have been created!

Step 9: Remember to back up your private key and 12-word recovery phrase.
